LISLE, IL — Lisle was recently honored for its budget presentation for the fourth time in a row. The village was awarded the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government Finance Officers Association of the U.S. and Canada.

The award was given to government agencies who meet specific guidelines in their budget presentations. The guidelines evaluate how effectively an agency's budget presentation performs as a way to communicate, a plan for future financial decision and a guide for ongoing operations.
