Police Blotter: Purse Reported Taken From Car
Lisle police reports, July 14 and July 29

SUNDAY, JULY 29
Burglary from Motor Vehicle
A woman reported she had parked her vehicle on the 2800 block of Bristol while visiting a friend and returned to find items missing from her purse. An unknown amount of United States currency was removed. There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle and the burglary occurred while the car was parked and unoccupied between 12:01 a.m. and 2:45 a.m. There is no information about a possible suspect at this time.

Montgomery Man Charged With DUI
Ricardo A. Gonzales, 26, of Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence at approximately 3:35 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Ogden Avenue. Officers took Gonzales into custody after they said they found him illegally parked on the roadway. Gonzales posted bond.
