Police Blotter: Criminal Property Damage
Here is an item from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter on April 5.
Elliard M. Lay, 33, of the 4500 block of Beau Monde Drive, Lisle, was charged at 4 a.m. on April 6 with criminal damage to property on the same block, according to police. Lay was arrested after a Lisle police officer investigated a disturbance call.
