Railway Work To Reduce Traffic To 1 Lane On Main Street
Part of Main Street will be reduced to a single lane as crews perform work on the BNSF crossing.

LISLE, IL — Part of Main Street will be temporarily reduced to a single lane as crews perform work on the BNSF crossing. The construction is set to begin Oct. 15.
The work will take place on the overpass near Burlington Avenue between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to an update from the village. Workers will be on hand to direct traffic through the lane closures.
It's expected the lane closures will last through Oct. 18.
