When Is Trick-Or-Treating In Lisle

LISLE, IL — The village has announced its trick-or-treat times for 2025, giving kids and their parents plenty of time to pick costumes and plan the best route for collecting candy.

Trick-or-treating is set for Oct. 31 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating homes throughout Lisle.

Lisle recommends the following tips to help ensure a safe and fun Halloween:

• Residents who will pass out candy should leave their porch lights on
• Trick-or-treaters should only stop at houses with porch lights on
• Young kids should be accompanied by parents or another trusted adult
• Older kids should trick-or-treat with at least one friend
• Groups should wait to approach homes until another group has left
• Trick-or-treaters should use glow sticks and flashlights for improved visibility
• Trick-or-treaters should take safe walking routes that do not go down alleys, unlit areas or backyards

On Oct. 25, kids can trick-or-treat at businesses in downtown Lisle from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. to get a headstart on the Halloween festivities.
