MOKENA, ILLINOIS — Illinois is full of bright, driven young people making a difference in and out of the classroom. That’s why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to spotlight students excelling in academics, athletics and community service.

Isabelle Faber is a standout local student whose passion, dedication, and academic excellence set her apart. Graduating with an impressive 4.2 GPA, Isabelle is pursuing a degree in agricultural engineering with a minor in animal sciences at Iowa State University, driven by a mission to develop more humane and sustainable systems for animal processing.

She is a proud member of the National Honor Society, as well as NHS chapters for both music and science, reflecting her diverse talents and commitment to excellence. Isabelle volunteers as a music aide, generously giving her time to assist the music department and support teachers.

Her love for the arts is further shown through her participation in several productions of plays and musicals at Lincoln-Way Central High School. She’s also been playing the clarinet since fourth grade and plans to continue performing in college.

Outside of school, Isabelle volunteers at HHH Ranch in Manhattan, IL—a rescue and therapeutic ranch—where she began as a volunteer and now holds an internship managing their social media. Her future is as bright as her compassion is deep.
