Former New Lenox EMA Officer Charged With Child Porn Possession
The EMA officer is also a "computer expert" with a computer repair business.

Nicholas Byerley, 23, is wanted on three counts of child pornography. The warrant for his arrest carries a $150,000 bond.
Byerley possessed digital videos of child pornography entitled, “7yo boy and 30yo man.mpg,” “[mb]8yo-giantspider.mpg,” and “gay child porn,” according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.
The first two videos allegedly depict an adult man and a child engaged in oral sex. The third shows two children engaged in oral sex, the complaint said.
Byerley worked as an EMA officer and in 2013 collected supplies for those affected by the tornado that struck Diamond and Coal City.
Byerley, a self-described “computer expert,” owns the company PageDesk Computer Repairs & IT Services. He still works there, according to the warrant for his arrest.
