Gas Guide: Prices Around Naperville

Patch rounds up the best gasoline prices at area stations.

Gas prices have dropped in the last few weeks. But, that is not much consolation, when prices are still above $4 a gallon.

If you haven’t broken out the bicycle and the pump to fill the tires, then you probably are still buying gasoline.

According to AAA Fuel Price Finder, the average cost to fuel a vehicle with a 15- gallon tank is $64.45. Last week the cost was $65.52. Last month a driver would spend $62.39. Six months ago the cost was $45.53. And, last year $46.22.

So, where is the cheapest gasoline in town? According to IllinoisGasPrices.com you will find the cheapest regular gas at the following locations:

  • $4.15: , 1320 S IL-59, near 75th St
  • $4.15: , 1598 W. Ogden Avenue
  • $4.19: BP, 2888 Book Road and 95th Street
  • $4.19, , 1983 Brookdale Road and IL-59
  • $4.19, Speedway, 3004 Reflection Dr  and IL-59; 95th St.
  • $4.19, Jewel Express, 2832 S IL-59 and Cantore Drive
