Naperville Man Killed Monday Morning on I-294
Edward Gardner, 38, stopped to try and help a family of ducks on the toll-road.

A Naperville man was killed on Monday morning while he attempted to rescue a family of ducks that were on I-294, according to a report from Chicagobreakingnews.com.
Edward Gardner, 38, was travelling north when he pulled over at around 9:30 a.m. near Schiller Park. Friends said Gardner was an animal lover who spent time in New Mexico volunteering at a wolf sanctuary.
