Cedar Road To Be Closed At Tracks For Maintenance: Village
The closure will start July 10 at the tracks just north of Rte 30. Suggested detour is Schoolhouse to Francis roads.
NEW LENOX, IL — Area drivers who take Cedar Road near the Metra tracks in New Lenox will have to find another way for a bit, starting this week.
Beginning Wednesday, July 10, Cedar Road will be closed at the railroad tracks just north of Route 30 for maintenance, officials said in an alert. The closure is expected to last until Friday, July 19.
The recommended detour for all traffic is Schoolhouse Road to Francis Road.
