Meal Planning For Adults Presentation At New Lenox Library

The eternal question "what's for dinner?" will be more easily answered after attending this presentation.

NEW LENOX, IL — If you're like many adults these days, you might often find yourself asking "what's for dinner?" The New Lenox Public Library is hosting a session with the purpose of answering that question.

If you "struggle with the daily question" of deciding on dinner, the library said in a Facebook event page, their upcoming presentation on meal planning is for you.

The presentation, on Aug. 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the library at 120 Veterans Pkwy., will focus on menu planning.

"We will talk about different options or choices for menus that will make your life easier," they say. Info will include meal prep, freezer meals, slow cooker and Instant Pot.

They'll also have a look at quick, healthy menu ideas and making lunch for kids.
