Fry The Coop In Oak Lawn Offers Stan's Donuts Collaboration For National Sandwich Day

OAK LAWN, IL — National Sandwich Day is coming up Monday, Nov. 3, which means Fry the Coop has concocted another insane sandwich. For one-day-only, the hot chicken restaurant is teaming up with Stan’s Donuts for the “Maple Long John Hot Chicken Sandwich.”

Stop by Fry the Coop in Oak Lawn at 5129 W. 95th St., on Monday and enjoy a fall-tastic sandwich day collab with Stan’s. The “Maple Long John Hot Chicken Sandwich” features a Maple long john from Stan’s Donuts, combined with Fry the Coop’s signature Nashville double-fried chicken tender with, pickles and a spicy butter spread. The sandwich is available at your choice of heat level: Country (no heat), mild, medium, hot (feel the burn), crazy (call 911) and insanity (RIP).

The sandwich is $8.99 and will be available all day for National Sandwich Day while supplies last. The Maple Long John Hot Chicken Sandwich will be available at the Oak Lawn location, as well as other Fry the Coop restaurants in Chicago-West Town, Chicago-Lincoln Park, Chicago-Portage Park, Elmhurst, Darien, Prospect Heights, Tinley Park, Bolingbrook, and Joliet.
