Palatine's Annual Turkey Trot Planned For Thanksgiving Day
To celebrate its 40th year, participants will have 40 hours to complete a two-mile or five-mile run.
PALATINE, IL — Not even a pandemic can’t stop village officials from hosting Palatine's annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day!
To celebrate its 40th year, participants will have 40 hours to complete a two-mile or five-mile run. Participants must submit their GPS data.
Medals will be given to the top three overall men and top three overall woman.

Everyone who submits their GPS data will be placed in a raffle to win a gift card.
In addition, participants who submit a photo of their child completing a 100-yard dash and all photo submissions will be placed in the gift card raffle as well.

The first 200 registrants to register will also receive a Turkey Trot special anniversary running gaiter. Each pre-registered participants will receive a t-shirt and medal.
