2 Hospitalized After 6-Car Crash On Frontage Road: Plainfield Police
Charges are pending for the driver who veered into oncoming traffic and struck multiple cars, Plainfield police said.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Two people were hospitalized after a six-car crash Monday afternoon on a Frontage Road, Plainfield police said.
The preliminary investigation suggested the Sienna was driving north on Frontage Road, approaching Arbor Creek Drive, when the driver crossed the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic and struck four southbound cars — an Audi Q7, a Toyota Avalon, a Dodge Charger and a Ford Maverick, Cmdr. Anthony Novak told Patch.
Debris from the pile-up, including a tire that came off one of the cars, hit and damaged a Hyundai Tucson.
