Cop On A Rooftop Event Coming To Plainfield
Plainfield police will participate in the event to raise money for Special Olympics.
PLAINFIELD, IL — Plainfield police will be participating in Cop on a Rooftop events on Friday.
Four Dunkin' locations are taking part from 5 a.m. to noon. The event will help raise money for Special Olympics via the Law Enforcement Torch Run, a collaborative effort from police departments across the nation.
Officers will be selling mugs, shirts, hats, pins and Harley Davidson raffle tickets at 11904 S. Route 59, 13313 S. Route 59, 15719 Division St. or 25653 W. Lockport St. All customers who donate will receive a free doughnut coupon, and those who give at least $10 will receive a travel mug, while supplies last, and a coupon for a free medium coffee.
