Multiple Cars Crash On Frontage Road: Plainfield Police

PLAINFIELD, IL — Multiple cars crashed Monday afternoon on Frontage Road south of Route 30, according to the Plainfield Police Department.

Frontage Road was closed between Route 30 and Benet Lane while first responders investigate and clear the scene, police said in an alert published at 3:07 p.m. on Facebook. The road reopened by 4:48 p.m., according to an update.
