New Steakhouse To Open At The Boulevard Place
The restaurant will join Costco and a soon-to-open Cooper's Hawk Winery at the development.
PLAINFIELD, IL — The Boulevard Place is expanding.
The development at the corner of Route 30 and Interstate 55 will soon house Longhorn Steakhouse. The restaurant will break ground in June and open in late 2026, according to a report from WJOL.
"We're really excited for anything to happen at The Boulevard's," Plainfield Mayor John Argoudelis said.

The development is primarily in Plainfield but straddles the border with Joliet, and the city approved the deal with Longhorn Steakhouse and, previously, Olive Garden. Costco and Cooper's Hawk, set to open soon, sit on Plainfield's side.
