Irving M. Jimenez Morales

Irving M. Jimenez Morales, passed away unexpectedly, on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Bolingbrook, Illinois, at the age of 37. Born on July 21, 1988, in Mexico, Irving brought warmth, laughter, and an infectious joy to all those around him throughout his life.

Irving was the cherished son of Hector Jimenez and Edith Morales Martinez. He graduated from Minooka High School, where he played on the soccer team—a sport that remained dear to him for many years. His love for the game continued into adulthood as he played in numerous soccer leagues, always bringing passion and camaraderie to the field. He also shared a strong bond with his father through their participation in the APA Pool League and their joint work with J & H Construction Service, the company they co-owned and operated with pride.

Family was the center of Irving’s world. He found his greatest joy in being a father to his children, Natalie and Thiago Jimenez, and Kimberly and Metzli Solomon, showering them with love, laughter, and his magnetic presence. He was known for his kindness, gentleness, and the deep care he showed to everyone in his life.

A gifted cook and someone who lit up every room he entered, Irving was known for his always cheerful, fun-loving nature. His energetic personality made him a beloved figure among not just his family, but also his many friends and wider community.

Irving is survived by his siblings, Edith (Gerardo) Herrera, Hector (Veronica) Jimenez, and Jonnathon (Fernanda) Jimenez; his nieces and nephews, Alissandra and Elizabeth Herrara, and Alec and Kaeli Jimenez, held a special place in his heart. Irving also shared a meaningful and close relationship with his uncle Primitivo (Elvia) Morales. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends will also miss him dearly.

Funeral Services for Irving M. Jimenez Morales will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet, IL. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville. Visitation will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe has been established to help with funeral costs. Any remaining funds will be used to assist with the future needs of his children.
