Repairs Planned On Plainfield Railroad Crossing
Construction on the railroad crossing will be conducted overnight.
PLAINFIELD, IL — A portion of the Route 126 railroad crossing in Plainfield will undergo repairs Saturday night, according to village officials.
CN Railroad will work on the crossing east of Route 59 beginning at 8 p.m. Saturday.
The crossing is expected to fully reopen by Sunday morning. Flaggers will be used to direct traffic during repairs, officials said.
