Brief Lane Closure Planned On Weber Road On Tuesday

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A portion of the eastern lane of northbound Weber Road will be closed early Tuesday, according to the Village of Romeoville.

The portion of the road will be closed for one hour, starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday, while a new curb is cut out for the Mercedes-Benz dealership entrance, the Village said.

The dealership broke ground this summer along Weber Road, and is expected to open in 2024. The 40,000-square-foot dealership will feature a showroom, sales area, lounge, and office space and will be constructed mostly of glass, the village announced. The glass design allows for a highly visible, expansive showroom and a unique roof design.

The new Mercedes dealership will be the second new car showroom and sales space located along Weber Road in Romeoville. The dealership is located on 23 acres between Airport Road and Gaskin Drive, just south of Blain’s and The Bluffs.
