ROMEOVILLE, IL — A Monday morning car crash is blocking all lanes of southbound Route 53, according to reports. WBBM reported the incident at around 6 a.m., saying in a social media post that it happened past Taylor Road.

Patch reached out to Illinois State Police regarding the crash, who said they did not handle it.
