Gas Price Update: Cost In Romeoville Goes Up Compared To January 2024
The average price for gas in Will County was about $3.41 per gallon Wednesday.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Gas prices are cheaper now than they were a year ago, but the cost of a gallon has increased in February compared to a month ago, according to AAA.
The average gas price in Illinois is $3.43 per gallon as of Wednesday, according to AAA. That's 17 cents more expensive than a week ago and 31 cents higher than the average a month ago.
At around $3.41 per gallon in Will County, gas prices were on par with the state average. The national average sits at $3.25 as of Wednesday.
