ROMEOVILLE, IL — Police in Romeoville have updated their latest incident and arrest reports for the second half of November. Police reported several petty thefts, shoplifting, vandalism and a burglary.
Suspects were arrested for charges ranging from the minor (driving without a license) to the major (domestic battery).

Incidents Reported:
Nov. 17: A theft of more than $500 was reported in the 400 block of North Weber, police said. A person stole an unattended cell phone.

Nov. 21: Police say a person or persons committed a residential burglary in the 400 block of Montclair. The robber or robbers took cash, IDs and a bank card.
Nov. 22: A theft valued at less than $500 was reported in the 400 block of South Weber. Someone stole a purse from an unattended shopping cart.
Nov. 23: A person shoplifted several bottles of cologne from a business in the 400 block of North Weber.
Nov. 23: A person stole a 12-pack of beer from a business in the 000 block of Alexander.
Nov. 26: Someone spray painted graffiti on a building in the 700 block of Dalhart.
Arrests:
Police say 19-year-old Kiara Carter was arrested for battery in the 400 block of South Weber Road on Nov. 14. She was released on a $120 bond.
Jennifer Martuzzo, 36, was arrested Nov. 19 for driving without a license or insurance. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
Juan Carlos Flores-Martin, 39, was arrested Nov. 21 for driving without a license. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
54-year-old LeRoy Willis was arrested on Nov. 21 for driving without a license and speeding. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
Roberto Cazares, 20, was arrested on Nov. 21 for driving without a license and speeding. He was released on a a $1,500 bond.
38-year-old Leonel Ortiz was arrested on Nov. 22 for driving without a license, failure to give information, leaving the scene of an accident and driving too fast for conditions. He is held on $1,500 bond.
David Rodriguez, 32, was arrested Nov. 23 for domestic batter. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. No information on bond was provided.
Marcos Lopez, 21, was arrested for driving without a license or insurance and improper use of a registration. He was released on $1,500 bond.
Janelly Rejon, 24, was arrested Nov. 24 for driving without a license or insurance and having an expired registration. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
Daniel Paczynsky, 39, was arrested Nov. 24 for aggravated DUI, improper lane usage, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and endangering the life of a child. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. No information on bond was provided.
22-year-old Katherine Moncada Lobo was arrested Nov. 24 for criminal damage to property. She was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. No information on bond was provided.
Jeremy McRay, 22, was arrested on Nov. 24 for domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic battery. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. No information on bond was provided.
As in every case, charges are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.
