Romeoville Adopts New Enterprise Resource Planning Solution
BS&A and UKG to replace and enhance the existing Tyler New World ERP system

The Village of Romeoville is proud to announce a major step forward in its commitment to operational excellence and community service through the adoption of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions from BS&A Software and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
Following a Request for Proposals (RFP) process, Village staff recommended the selection of BS&A and UKG to replace and enhance the existing Tyler New World ERP system.
Together, BS&A and UKG will deliver a robust, cloud-based ERP solution tailored to meet the Village’s evolving needs in Finance, Utility Billing, Human Resources, and Payroll. This dual-platform approach ensures seamless integration, improved data accuracy, and enhanced service delivery for both staff and residents.

BS&A Software, a trusted provider with over 35 years of experience, will supply modules for financial and utility billing operations. Their proven track record with over 2,500 municipal clients—120 of which are in Illinois—underscores their commitment to excellence and customer support.
UKG, already a valued partner for Time and Attendance services, will expand its footprint in Romeoville by implementing advanced modules for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Learning, Leave Management, and Recruiting. This will expand the Village’s HR software solution, offering comprehensive tools for employee development, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.
