Romeoville Arrests: DUI, Battery, Theft

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Police Department has released its latest batch of arrests and criminal charges. The arrests are made public as part of the department's weekly incident and arrests report.

• James Thompson, 41 years old, of Lockport,

Arrested October 20, 2019 at 6:02 PM in the 0-100 block of Phelps for battery.

• Daniel Gutierrez, 50 years old, of Burbank,

Arrested October 21, 2019 at 2:47 PM in the area of Romeo Road and Belmont for disobey crossing guard and no valid DL.

• Michael Braxton Jr., 26 years old, of Bolingbrook, IL

Arrested October 22, 2019 at 8:01 PM in the 1200 block of Lakeview for three in-state warrants.

• Theodore Stevens, 65 years old, of Romeoville,

Arrested October 24, 2019 at 10:21 PM in the area of Six Pines and Elmwood for theft.

• Alan Mascheri, 34 years old, of Lockport,

Arrested October 25, 2019 at 6:58 PM in the area of Joliet Road and Route 53 for failure to reduce seed to avoid accident, DUI, improper lane usage and driving in the wrong lane.
