Romeoville Man Killed In Crash In Oak Forest: Medical Examiner

Illinois State Police said troopers were called just before 11 a.m. on May 7 to the single-vehicle crash.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A Romeoville man was killed Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle rollover crash I-57 south at 167th Street in Oak Forest, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner.

Illinois State Police said troopers were called just before 11 a.m. on May 7 to the single-vehicle crash. The driver of the car lost control before striking the right guard rail and rolling over, police said.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver has been identified as David Stillwell, 39, of Romeoville, according to the medical examiner.
