Area Man Held On $25K Bond For Arson

Kevin Maguire was held on $25,000 bond after he reacted to an argument with his parents by pouring gasoline on the floor of their home and igniting it, according to chicago.cbslocal.com. The website reported his father was able to put out the flames.

Maguire is a resident from neighboring Morton Grove. 

Patch had earlier reported Maguire was charged with aggravated arson for the incident at the home, in the 8900 block of Oriole.

Maguire's next court date is May 20 in the Skokie branch of the Cook County courts.
