Bangers & Lace Gastro Pub Coming to Evanston

It seems that every week there’s more reason for Evanston foodies to rejoice.

The latest news is that the Wicker Park gastro pub Bangers & Lace, which focuses on craft beer, whisky and sausages, is opening an Evanston location in the former Keg space at 810 Grove, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

The 4,200-square-foot, 130-seat restaurant is slated to open in September, the article states. The other half of the building has not yet been leased, but will likely house another restaurant.

The news comes on the heels of Time Out Chicago’s decision to dub Evanston the “hottest place to eat.”
