The Niles North Student Assistance Program is hosting a program featuring guest speaker Clinical Psychologist Dr. Doug Bolton, who will share strategies that will help parents and teachers navigate the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As stressful as this time is for our children, it also gives an important opportunity to teach and model resilience. In this evening discussion, Dr. Doug Bolton will share current brain and social science research that can help guide us through these challenging times. He will also share effective strategies that will help build resilience in our children so that they can effectively manage stress now and in the future.
