Rayshawn Taylor, the Evanston 17-year who was charged in connection with a May 17 shooting at Old Orchard Road and Skokie Boulevard, close to Westfield Old Orchard Mall, will have a court date June 18.

Taylor is charged with one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm and one count of unlawful use of a weapon.
Skokie police referred questions on the case to the Cook County State's Attorney, which is handling the prosecution; the state's attorney's office declined to give further information pending the court date.
