4-Year-Old In Critical Condition After Fall From Window: Chicago Police
A 29-year-old woman told officers she went to check on the boy, saw a window screen was torn and found the child outside, police said.
CHICAGO — A 4-year-old boy was in critical condition after an apparent fall from a window in West Lawn, according to police.
Officers responded around 5:15 p.m. Saturday to the 3700 block of West 63rd Street, police said. A 29-year-old woman told officers she went to check on the boy, saw a window screen was torn and found the child outside with abrasions on his face, according to police.
The boy was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center and detectives are investigating, police said.
