Hawk Ford To Distribute Free Masks Monday In St. Charles
The dealership on East Main Street is set to hand out free masks from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday as part of Ford PPE Day.
ST. CHARLES, IL — Hawk Ford of St. Charles is joining Ford dealerships and nonprofits across the region Monday to distribute thousands of face masks to residents as part of Ford PPE Day in Chicago.
Residents are invited to visit the dealership on East Main Street from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to pick up free disposable face masks. Hawk Ford will give up to 20 masks to each visitor, while supplies last.

Face masks will be distributed at more than 20 locations across Chicago and its suburbs, including several Ford dealerships and multiple locations in partnership with Chicago-area nonprofits. All health, safety and social distancing guidelines will be observed at each distribution site.

Ford PPE Day is part of a national initiative by the company and its philanthropic arm, the Ford Motor Company Fund, to manufacture and distribute 100 million masks to nonprofits, schools, veterans and other at-risk communities facing shortages of personal protective equipment.

With its UAW partners, Ford has manufactured more than 72 million pieces of personal protective equipment for frontline workers and healthcare equipment for patients, including more than 45 million face masks, 20 million face shields, 50,000 ventilators, 32,000 respirators and 1.4 million washable isolation gowns.
