It's almost time for kids to head back to school. To prepare for the upcoming school year, we've compiled a list of important dates for 2016-2017 calendar year:

St. Charles CUSD 303:

  • First Day of Classes - Aug. 24
  • Teachers’ Institute Days (No Students) - Sept. 2
  • Labor Day Holiday - Sept. 5
  • School Improvement Day (No Students) - Oct. 7
  • Columbus Day Holiday - Oct. 10
  • K-12 Parent/Teacher Conferences (No Students) - Nov. 21
  • K-8 Parent/Teacher Conferences (No Students) - Nov. 22
  • High School Teachers’ In-service (No Students) - Nov. 22
  • Thanksgiving Break - Nov. 23-25
  • Last Day of School in 2016 - Dec. 16
  • Winter Break - Dec. 19-30
  • School Resumes - Jan. 3
  • Martin Luther King, Jr Holiday - Jan. 16
  • Teachers’ Work Day (No School) - Jan. 20
  • Presidents’ Day Holiday - Feb. 20
  • Teachers’ Work Day (No School) - March 3
  • Spring Break - March 27-31
  • School Resumes - April 3
  • School Improvement Day (No Students) - April 14
  • Memorial Day Holiday - May 29
