Kane Co. Forest Preserve Hosts Outdoor Scavenger Hunt
The scavenger hunt will run from 9 to 11 a.m. at Tekakwitha Woods Forest Preserve, 35W076 Villa Maria Road in St. Charles.
KANE COUNTY, IL — The Kane County Forest Preserve District will be hosting an outdoor scavenger hunt in May.
The scavenger hunt will run from 9 to 11 a.m. at Tekakwitha Woods Forest Preserve, 35W076 Villa Maria Road in St. Charles, according to a news release from the forest preserve district.
Those stopping out will be able to meet a naturalist at the preserve shelter to gather directions and supplies and then hit the trails to see if you can find everything on the list, according to a news release. Once you’ve completed your quest, you can head back to the shelter to claim your prize on a first come, first serve basis.
