Husband-and-wife team Ryan and Nancy Quinn acquired Schramm Construction to preserve its legacy while infusing fresh energy and focus into the company’s future. Ryan previously served as Schramm’s Director of Project Management, while Nancy brings over 20 years of specialized construction accounting expertise to her position as Vice President of QDBI. Together, they lead with a commitment to thoughtful, high-quality building solutions delivered with accountability, agility, and purpose.
