ST. CHARLES, IL — City officials will host an open house Monday and are seeking feedback from residents regarding downtown parking options in St. Charles.

In June 2023, the St. Charles City Council approved a contract with Desman Inc. to conduct a downtown parking study, with hopes of providing the city council and staff with insight and data on the current downtown parking environment and recommend initiatives that enhance the parking experience for all downtown visitors, according to a news release.

Desman Inc. has completed its downtown parking study, which is available to review on the city’s website. The city hosted an open house on Jan. 23 to gather input on the draft study, city officials said.
