House Hunt: Five Homes for Sale with 3000's Addresses

We go up north this week for five houses (all five new to our House Hunt feature) with 38xx or 39xx addresses, for easy access to Ogden Avenue and increased latitude.

Fun facts about Western Springs geography: its northernmost point at the intersection of Lawn Avenue registers a latitude of about 41.821 N; its southernmost point, at Plainfield Road and I-294, is about 41.775 N, a difference of .046 degrees, or about 3.15 miles. So that's how tall your Village is, if balanced on its Nevada-mirror-image tip!

Another fun fact: 40th Street runs through town at 41.8172 N, the dividing line between house numbers starting with 3 and those of the 4 and 5 variety. (Those north of 39th Street are even in a different township: Proviso.) We picked out five of those 3000's homes for spotlight this week.
