The<a href="http://www.wsprings.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> Village of Western Springs </a>will follow notice from the Illinois Department of Central Management Services to <a href="http://www3.illinois.gov/PressReleases/ShowPressRelease.cfm?SubjectID=2&amp;RecNum=13410" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">fly flags at half-staff</a> Monday through Thursday.The gesture is in honor and remembrance of the victims of the attacks in Paris, according to the village.The village will lower the flags at Village Hall, the Tower Green and the fire department from sunrise Nov. 16 until sunset Nov. 19.All entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act should follow the order.
