She was cited for underage drinking and written a written non-criminal Zero Tolerance DUI. Two female juvenile passengers, ages 14 and 17, were cited on local ordinance charges after acknowledging drinking and an open bottle of alcohol was found in the car.Someone vandalized park equipment with a marker Nov. 1 at Laidlaw Park, according to Western Springs police.
