What Should Go in the Former Odegaard's?

Unlike most of the buildings available for new business in Western Springs, Odegaard's doesn't have a realtor's sign in the window. Why: because it's being sold by the man himself, Arthur Odegaard, of the family that operated the cleaners since the Great Depression (!) and up until September of 2008.

We didn't manage to get in touch with Mr. Odegaard this week for pricing on the building, but we do know that it's available for sale or for lease, and that the two-story-plus-basement building could also be divvied up into multiple future businesses.

Like the ever-discussed Tischler's, the ex-Odegaard's is right near the center of town, and thus has high Western Springs visibility (you can't miss looking at it if driving south on Wolf Road.) The red-brick facade is regal and imposing, but might be even more so with a business sign or two over it.

What would fit here? Or, perhaps, what multiple businesses would fit here?
