WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – A Chicago Ridge woman was arrested last week at a Western Springs restaurant for refusing to pay her bill, police said. The 40-year-old was charged with theft about 7:30 p.m. Dec. 30 at Petite Vie Brasserie, 909 Burlington Ave. Last July, the same woman was charged with criminal trespassing at Eddie McGann's Restaurant in Arlington Heights. The restaurant has since closed.
