Chicago-Area Roller Derby Schedules for March

A very busy March gives you plenty of choices!

If you think you had a lot of roller derby choices in February, wait until you see March!

You start out with a tough choice! On March 4, the Windy City Rollers will again host a double header at the Max McCook Athletic facility in McCook (Chicago western suburb). If going west is your preference, swing by Rockford as the visiting Prairieland Punishers (Decatur) take on the home team Rockford Rage in a single game.

Things don’t slow down the following week as on March 11 the A & B teams from Ann Arbor, Michigan, travel to Roselle to take on the Chicago-Style in a double header. Chicago-Style is looking to rebound after a loss to the very tough Madison Holy Rollers.

If you’re closer to Indiana, also on the 11th, South Shore Roller Derby will host the Circle City Party Crashers (Indianapolis) and Demolition City Roller Derby (Evansville) at the Hammond Civic Center. It's SSRG's first bout of 2023.

March 18 finds the Chicago Knockouts bringing the brawling style of derby entertainment back to Homewood as the Horrific Hunters take on the Retro Rumblers.

Windy City makes their second March appearance as they play at the UIC Pavilion on March 25. The prize is big – a battle for the WCR championship! The games will pair the number 1 and 2 seeds against each other as well as the 3 seed taking on number 4.

That’s six events, totaling 10 bouts in March! For more information, click on one of the links!
