Traffic Rerouted On Wesley Street For Utility Work
The work, which began Sept. 3, is expected to last just over two weeks.

WHEATON, IL — Crews have begun work to replace a water main and reconstruct roadways on part of Wesley Street in Wheaton. The work will cause closures along Wesley Street between Western Avenue and West Street starting Sept. 3.
Once crews complete the water main replacement and connections, they will reconstruct Wesley Street from Western to Ellis.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area and use the designated detours via Manchester Road and Bridge Street. It's expected the project will wrap up and normal traffic will resume by Sept. 20.
