WHEATON, IL — Police are investigating a retail theft that took place at Target in Wheaton on March 21.

Officers were called to the store at 601 S. County Farm Rd. around 6:15 p.m. Employees told police that they saw two women putting baby formula in a shopping cart and then hiding the formula. They then left the store without paying.
