Domestic Battery, DUI: Yorkville Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 22

Edward Rodriguez, 51, of the 100 block of E. Washington, was charged with aggravated domestic battery. The arrest occurred at his home.

Nov. 25

Cory J. Tarrance, 18, of the 1000 block of Glenview Drive in Earlville, was charged with driving under the influence. He was allegedly found passed out in vehicle. The arrest occurred in the 1400 block of Chestnut Lane.

Nov. 27

Jacob Reis, of McHenry, was charged with retail theft. Reis allegedly stole a bottle of liquor. The arrest occurred in the 1400 block of N. Bridge St.
