Hatcher, Cross Planning Drug Abuse Forum

State Reps. Kay Hatcher, R-Yorkville, and Tom Cross, R-Oswego, will host a drug abuse forum at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 25, according to the Oswego District 308 website.  

The forum will be held at Oswego High School, and is co-sponsored by the Oswego Police Department and District 308.

Topics covered will include “establishing a dialogue and raising awareness among public officials, law enforcement, educators and local families regarding the risks of substance abuse in our community; including the threat of heroin, marijuana, prescription drug abuse and alcohol among teens and young adults.”

Families are welcome, and light refreshments will be provided.
