It's almost time for kids to head back to school. To prepare for the upcoming school year, we've compiled a list of important dates for 2016-2017 calendar year:

• Labor Day - No School / District Closed - Sept. 5
• No School - Pre-Kindergarten - Sept. 6
• Teacher Institute Day (Students are not in attendance) - Sept. 23
• Columbus Day - No School / District Closed - Oct. 10
• No School - Pre-K thru 8th Grade - Nov. 4
• Thanksgiving Break - Nov. 23-25
• Winter Break - No School - Dec. 22 - Jan. 6
