2022-0687, Harassment through Electronic Communications: On 02/27/22 at 7:14 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Pueblo Road in Oswego Township for a report of harassment through electronic communications. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0688, In-State Warrant: On 02/27/22 at 6:57p.m., deputies made contact near the 900 block of W. Jones St in Little Rock Township with Joseph C. Halverson, a 39-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Garden Dr in Oswego Township, who was wanted on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for a body writ. Bond on the warrant was set at $500 full cash plus $75 FTA fee. Halverson was arrested and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2022-0689, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis: On 02/27/22 at 10:35 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Fernwood RD and Winrock RD in Oswego Township. Janeesa T Hodges a 22-year-old female from the 900 block of Mason AVE in Aurora was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle by driver and unauthorized use of handicapped parking. Hodges was released on her own recognizance.
2022-0690, Possession of Cannabis: On 2/28/22 at 12:18 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Briarcliff Road Oswego Township for improper display of registration. The driver, Julissa N. Flores-Morales, a 30-year-old female from the 900 block of Old Indian Trail in Aurora, was cited for adult cannabis in a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended driver’s license.
2022-0691, In-State Warrant: On 2/28/2022 at 12:18 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Briarcliff Road in Oswego Township for improper display of registration. Baron D. McClung , a 32-year-old male from the 900 block of S. Bridge Street in Aurora, was wanted on a Lake County Failure To Appear warrant for Contempt Non Pay. Bond on the warrant was set at $1,000 x 10%. McClung was arrested and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
