'Peeping Tom' Enters Girl's Bedroom Window, Touches Her: Cops

PLANO, IL — A peeping Tom, or multiple peeping Toms, have been targeting teenage girls, according to Plano Police. Investigator Gene Morton confirmed to Patch that an unknown man reached into a first-floor apartment window to touch a sleeping 13-year-old girl Sunday morning at around 4:30 a.m.

WSPY broke the news Thursday morning, reporting that the girl screamed and ran, which prompted her grandmother to call the police. The man fled the scene.

In another incident Nov. 29, an unknown man was masturbating in front of a window on W. Jones Street while watching a 15-year-old girl, police said.

Plano Police are investigating the incidents and hope to catch the suspect or suspects soon, although there isn't much of a description. The suspect from the Nov. 29 incident could be white or Hispanic, about 6 feet 3 inches tall with an average build, police said.
