Plano Man Choked His Wife And Assaulted Family Member With A Rifle: Sheriff's Department
The incident was reported on Christmas Eve, 2016.

Bucky Lee Beavers was arrested on Thursday in Plano for an outstanding warrant. He allegedly assaulted a family member with a deadly weapon in 2016.
His wife reported to Plano Police that Beavers had put his hands around her neck around 3 a.m. on a night in late December, according to Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Nancy Velez. Court records indicated he also assaulted a family member with firearm.
The 40-year-old was arrested just after 4 p.m. on Thursday at his residence on the 300 block of South St. Louis Street in Plano. He was being held at the Kendall County Jail without the possibility of bail.

According to Kendall County Court records, he was charged on December 24, 2016 with aggravated assault with a rifle, two counts of domestic battery, and interfering with someone reporting a domestic violence incident.
Court records also indicate that he had been charged with several traffic violations, and he pleaded guilty to retail theft in 2008.
